About Us
The Child Bilingualism Lab is a research lab group in the School of Arts, Culture and Language at Bangor University. In this lab, postgraduate research students, led by Dr Eirini Sanoudaki, conduct research into various areas of childhood bilingualism, including:
- Acquisition and maintenance of languages
- Cognitive effects of bilingualism
- Bilingualism in individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions
- Experiences and considerations of childhood bilingualism by parents, education professionals, speech and language therapists (and others)
