Overview
Regional economic models; including industry location, agglomeration and clustering, New Economic Geography, regional specialisation, labour markets and growth. The development of the Welsh economy since the industrial revolution. The contemporary Welsh economy, including sectoral composition, the labour market, productivity and inequality. Economic policy in Wales, including public finance, sectoral support, and the 'foundational economy'.
