Committee for the Scrutiny of the First Minister

The Management Centre, Bangor was proud to host The National Assembly for Wales’ Committee for the Scrutiny of the First Minister meeting at Bangor University on Friday 14 July 2017.

The Committee is made up of Assembly Members from different parties, who were questioning the First Minister on the Welsh Government’s approach to developing the Economy in Wales. Subjects for discussion included:
– Economic development, including employment and investment projects;
– Energy policy and projects, such as the Anglesey Energy Island;
– Apprenticeships, investment in skills and skills policy;
– Transport, including road and rail infrastructure and ports.
