To champion and promote excellent medical, health and social care science, research, scholarship, teaching and learning, quality and values with people who use services, practitioners and stakeholders.  To promote language and cultural competence relevant to local, national and international partners, and to provide an inclusive culture and environment for staff and students within the School.

Celebrating 75 years of the NHS

5 July 2023 marks 75 years of the National Health Service.

From frontline healthcare workers, to research scientists, to lecturers, Bangor University graduates and our colleagues in the School of Health Sciences have made an invaluable contribution to the NHS throughout its history.
