The “Help to Grow” Management Course is designed for senior decision makers within businesses that have been in operation for over 12 months. All businesses must employ at least 5 staff to be eligible for the programme. The Help to Grow Management Course is 90% funded by HM government and consists of 12 modules which are all based on known drivers for business growth. Delivered by Bangor University in partnership with Cardiff Metropolitan University and in collaboration with industry experts and experienced entrepreneurs.
