Letting period for undergraduate students
Contract length: Approx 42 Weeks
22 September 2024 – 12 July 2025
Please note that International Students (for fees purposes) are expected to arrive in Bangor on Wednesday the 18 September for an International Students’ Orientation period. Therefore, Residence Agreements for International Students will run from 18 September with a corresponding small increase in fees. Your total hall fees will show on your Residence Agreement.

Rent for Undergraduates - £4,143.87 (approx. £99 per week)
Letting period for Nursing students
Contract length: Approx. 48 weeks

Rent for standard room - £4,737.86 (approx. £99 per week)
