A Splash of Colour and Culture at David Hughes School!
On 17th February, students at David Hughes School rolled up their sleeves for a fun-packed day of Chinese culture! From painting bold opera masks to crafting Chinese knots every workshop was a chance to get creative and dive into centuries-old traditions. With zodiac stories to uncover and stylish bracelets to make, the day was a whirlwind of hands-on fun—learning has never been this colourful!
The day was filled with excitement, laughter, and plenty of artistic flair—proving that learning about culture can be just as fun as it is educational.
“A wonderful session teaching Chinese culture. The pupils had a great time learning and taking part in these valuable sessions. Thank you very much.”
