Compulsory Modules

- Students choose 40 credits of modules: they do not have to take Dehongli'r Gorffennol/Making History but it does remain an option.

- HTH-2110: The Guardians of Heritage (20) (Semester 1)
- HTA-2116: Later Prehistoric Communities (20) (Semester 1)
- HTA-2120: Rethinking Archaeology (20) (Semester 1)
- HTW-2123: Owain Glyndwr and his Movement (20) (Semester 1)
- HTA-2125: Time and Tide (20) (Semester 2)
- HTA-2126: Geoarchaeology (20) (Semester 2)

- Students should take at least 40 credits of modules that involve Welsh History. Students must also take at least one general module (code beginning HGH, HGC, or HGW) at either level 5 or 6.

Semester 2
20 credits from:
- HSH-3142: Going to the Devil (20) (Semester 1)
- Students must take a Special Subject from this list. Students writing a dissertation not related to Welsh History must take either HSH-3150 or HSH-3041 this section.
Optional Modules
40 to 60 credits from:
- HPS-3001: Work Placement (20) (Semester 2) or
HAC-3001: Lleoliad Gwaith (20) (Semester 2) - HTA-3126: Geoarchaeology (20) (Semester 2)
- Students must take a general module (codes beginning HGH, HGC, HGW) at level 6 is they did not take one at level 5.
