Learning Outcomes

• Understand and demonstrate knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to vehicles/drivers.

• Critically explore how criminal activity facilitated by the road network can be disrupted.

• Demonstrate a critical understanding of how to investigate complex internet-related crimes and the impact of such crimes.

• Understand procedures for obtaining and processing digital evidence in a policing context.

• Understand the link between organised crime and other types of crime including traffic offences and internet-enabled crime.
