Overview

The content in this module will incude: attributes of health systems and health policy; policy development and implementation; evaluation of health policy; governance and political accountability; politics of health policy; co-producing health and well-being; influence of global policy on national policy; professional, media and public influences on policy development.

• Critically analyse the way policy is developed and implemented

• Critically examine the impact and effectiveness of policy in securing health and well-being within the UK and Wales.

• Identify relevant stakeholders and their ideas, interests and influence on different health policies
