Overview
In this module, you will consider the why, what and how to implement sustainable practices and policies within your organisation. You will consider the internal and external factors that affect a leader's decision-making and design a sustainability action plan that will move your organisation forward towards a sustainable future.

Assessment Strategy
Students at level 7 will have their work assessed based on the following criteria:
50% - 59% Pass - Students demonstrate a satisfactory level of knowledge, understanding and strategies to introduce sustainable practices in their setting. 60% - 69% Merit - Students demonstrate a good level of knowledge, understanding and strategies to introduce sustainable practices in their setting. 70% + Distinction - Students demonstrate an excellent level of knowledge, understanding and strategies to introduce sustainable practices in their setting
Learning Outcomes
- Design and justify a sustainability action plan appropriate for your organisation which will creatively effect long-term change and uniquely contribute to sustainability agendas in education.

Description
Produce a critically annotated action plan to develop your setting. It should introduce sustainable practices and policies across the organisation. Annotations should include reference to evidence base (why), specific areas chosen (what) and barriers that might inhibit progress(how).
