Guidelines:

• Messages on departmental / school answering machines have to be bilingual.
• Staff are encouraged to leave bilingual messages on their personal answering machines.
• If staff do not speak Welsh, they can ask a colleague who can speak Welsh to record the Welsh message on their behalf.
