Feeling overwhelmed by your busy schedule? Starting September 30th, take a peaceful pause with our FREE Tai Chi sessions!
Sessions will run between 12.30-13.30 every Monday to Friday from 30th September - 13th December 2024
No advance booking is required. Everyone welcome!
What to Expect?
Tai Chi is a graceful, flowing exercise that promotes relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness. It's suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Our experienced instructor will guide you through gentle movements, helping you find tranquillity in the midst of your day's hustle and bustle.
