Executive Education Workshop in Partnership with The I-Capital Africa Institute

Bangor Business School’s Executive Education were delighted to welcome delegates from Siinqee Bank in Ethiopia to an exclusive 6-day "Agile Business Strategy and Organizational Development" workshop, held October 1st-6th, 2023. 

This intensive programme is designed by Bangor Business School and The i-Capital Africa Institute, focused on equipping executives with emerging frameworks to drive growth.

Sessions at Bangor University concentrated on strategic thinking, harnessing AI, and embedding organizational agility. The agenda also featured an exposure visit to an innovative major retail and commercial bank in Manchester, the UK's second largest financial hub.

The delegates experienced the thrill of Zip World Titan, took in Manchester's sights, toured Old Trafford stadium, and attended meetings with banks in Manchester City Centre - an immersive UK visit rounding out their executive education.
