School Celebrates The Festival of Social Sciences

The School would like to congratulate all staff and students who were involved in this year’s ESRC Festival OF Social Sciences. The festival organised this year by Dr David Beck helps to promote the work of the social sciences to the general public by exploring topics which are significant to modern life. This year’s theme was ‘Understanding Universal Credit and the Changing Face of Welfare’ with Albert Owen (MP for Anglesey) giving the key note address.
