I work with adults experiencing various mental health difficulties. I support them to understand those difficulties and build ways to change the impact of those on them.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
To work as a team with someone and see their confidence grow, is an incredible privilege.
What would you say to someone thinking about a career in the NHS?
I'd say, it's a marathon. There are amazing and caring people, who work here despite the government continually attacking the Health Service, to privatize it, and underfund it. There are rewarding careers here.
