Dynamic Working - Wellbeing / Wellness In the longer term, dynamic working may support improved wellbeing through reducing travelling time, providing employees with more autonomy around their schedules and extra time for health and wellbeing activities.
Dynamic working may however bring with it specific challenges around work-life balance and managing the boundaries between work and home, but everyone has the right to switch off from work, and it’s important to protect this in order to be most effective when we are working.
