Bangor University shortlisted for seven Whatuni Student Choice Awards 2022
Bangor University has been shortlisted in seven categories in this year’s Whatuni Student Choice Awards (WUSCA) based solely on student choice.
Each year, the WUSCA team receives around 35,000 verified reviews from on-campus visits across the UK and online submissions. The student-led approach of review collection means that shortlisted universities are uniquely recognised by students for delivering an exceptional experience.
Bangor University has been shortlisted in the following categories:
- Halls and Student Accommodation
- Student Support
- Lecturers and Teaching Quality
- Postgraduate
- University of the Year
- Students’ Union
- International
Inspirational teaching underpinned by world-class research enables us to always strive to provide the best university experience for our students. The Bangor University community is delighted that our students have shown their support and appreciation by nominating their University in these awards.
Professor Iwan Davies, Vice-Chancellor
Simon Emmett, Chief Executive of sponsors, IDP Connect, commented:
“Being shortlisted for one of our Whatuni Student Choice Awards is exceptional. To be recognised so highly by your students is the pinnacle of excellence. Institutions should be proud of making it to this stage in the process and should celebrate the experience they’ve delivered for their students over the past 12 months.”
The WUSCAs are based solely on the views of students studying in the UK and allow students to access honest, unbiased data to make the right choices about their future on the Whatuni platform. The winners will be announced on Tuesday, 24 May 2022.
