One World Gala celebrates diversity
The University once again embraced diversity and talent among its students,staff, and the local community with the annual One World Gala event. From Bollywood dancing to Indonesian song medleys, yo-yo moves and traditional Chinese instruments, the evening featured performances representing cultures from across the globe.

The International Student Support Team has been organising the Gala for over 15years, and this year’s event was a testament to its lasting significance. The event broke its own record this year, with more than 80 performers on the night!
Dr Marcel Clusa, International Student Support Officer and co-organiser of the event, shared;
The One World Gala isn’t just about celebrating the incredible diversity of nationalities at Bangor, but also about fostering a sense of unity and appreciation for different cultures. Each year, this event brings together students,staff, and the wider community, creating a unique space where we can all connect through art, music, and performance.
