UKRI Policy Internships Scheme

The UK Research and Innovation Policy Internships scheme provides ESRC funded PhD students with the opportunity to spend up to three months in a non-academic organisation where they can work as part of a team involved with policy or practice development. Placements are available at 25 highly influential policy organisations:Parliamentary Departments, Government Departments and Non-Governmental Bodies, Learned societies and other organisations. Internships will take place during 2021 and students must be able to start their internship before the end of their funded period of study. The closing date for applications is 10 September.
