Fully funded PhD Opportunity with Bangor Business School
We are pleased to advertise a great opportunity for a fully funded PhD Studentship (funded through ESRC Wales DTP Collaborative Studentship 2023), working in collaboration with First Hydro power station in Dinorwig, North Wales.
This is a great opportunity to conduct research, network, and work alongside senior leaders and engineers at a cutting-edge hydro electro storage plant, along with a team of leading academics at Bangor Business School.
The project centres on leading, managing and researching change and particularly focusses on the human/ social dimensions of change management, along with the technical/engineering dimensions of radically improving risk assessment and modelling (including but not limited to Health & Safety, Cyber Security, Quality, Sustainability).
Previous experience in the industry sector is an advantage, but is not essential.
