Eric Hansen (CAMS, FIS) has been advising clients on issues pertaining to regulatory compliance and operational risk for 15 years. At present, he is a Director at ManchesterCF Financial Intelligence, a Toronto-based firm that provides online financial intelligence training programs to financial institutions, financial intelligence units and law enforcement.
Eric is a member of Transparency International’s Working Group on Beneficial Ownership Transparency. He also serves as an independent advisor at Resolution Compliance Consulting. Eric was the Director of Risk and Compliance at Dow Jones Canada from 2012 to 2019, where he spearheaded new products for the Canadian AML market such as a Domestic PEP Database and a Panama Papers Watchlist. Eric has been a guest lecturer at Seneca College and is currently a Fellow at Dr. Ian Messenger’s TWELVE Program.
