Bangor University Strengthens Partnership with China University of Political Science and Law!

On 22nd November 2024, Bangor University was honoured to welcome colleagues from the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) to celebrate and further strengthen the collaborative relationship between the two institutions. This long-standing partnership, founded on the joint Confucius Institute at Bangor University, has fostered significant academic and cultural exchanges over the years.

The visit, hosted at Bangor University's historic Main Arts building, provided a platform to reconnect with established partners and welcome new colleagues. Discussions centred on advancing shared goals and exploring future initiatives to deepen cooperation.

A key highlight of the visit was the signing of two significant agreements by senior representatives from both universities. These agreements include a student exchange programme and a Master's degree scholarship programme, both aimed at enhancing academic collaboration and cultural exchange between the institutions.

These developments mark an important milestone in our partnership, reaffirming our mutual commitment to providing students with exceptional opportunities for academic growth and global engagement.
