RCS Wellbeing Sessions
In partnership with RCS Wales, a one hour on-line webinar will be made available titled Supporting your own wellbeing during uncertain times.
This session will provide tools and strategies to manage stress and enhance wellbeing. Participants will be introduced to practical techniques to cope with change and uncertainty. The course is aimed at those who are looking to improve their stress management skills and enhance their overall wellbeing.
Colleagues can book onto any of the three available sessions, which can be joined anonymously. No individual names will be reported back to the University.
A recording will be made available after the third webinar for those unable to join live.
The webinar will introduce practical techniques to support colleagues in managing change and uncertainty.
Topics covered:
1. Recognising physical and behavioural signs of stress.
2. Learn how to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy coping strategies.
3. Discover various methods to self-regulate and calm your nervous system.
4. Identifying what is and is not within your control.
5. Investing in your sleep and habits: Understand the importance of sleep and healthy habits to improve the quality of your sleep.
6. Discover how the PERMA model can help you maintain wellbeing during periods of transition.
7. Gain insights into the support systems available to you, including University resources, community and wider resources, and self-help tools.

This webinar is aimed at those who are looking to improve their stress management skills and enhance their overall wellbeing.

You can register for these session on Eventbrite – your registration will be received by RCS and will not be logged on your i-trent ESS portal.
The sessions will be non-interactive webinars where participants names and images will not be displayed.
