Amputation rates fall

Many patients’ limbs have been saved and the number of diabetes related amputations have been reduced to amongst the lowest in the world thanks to the Diabetic Foot Service in Ysbyty Gwynedd'. Mr Dean Williams, Head of School and Consultant Vascular Surgeon is quoted in local paper. See link here.
