Bangor Law School welcomes Trade Marks Law expert for guest lecture

Dr Jasem Tarawneh of Manchester University’s School of Law recently visited Bangor Law School to deliver a presentation on ‘Trade Marks Investment Function and Parallel Importation, the Interflora effect’. Dr Tarawneh is an expert on Trade Marks Law, and his main areas of research are trade marks, branding, and law and economics. He is currently co-authoring a book that focuses on the modern functions of trade marks and their impact on innovation.
