Bangor Lecturer carries the Olympic Torch on Day 11 of the Relay
Bangor Law Lecturer Sarah Nason carried the Olympic Torch past Conwy Castle on Tuesday, 29th May – Day 11 of the Olympic Torch Relay – as the Flame travelled from Beaumaris to Chester.
Sarah, an experienced triathlete who has raised thousands of pounds for charity, was nominated for the coveted role of Torchbearer by her students at Bangor, who cited her as “an inspirational academic and teacher” and “an exceptional role model”.
