CoHaBs staff and students carry Olympic Flame
The Olympic Flame has now passed through Bangor and Anglesey. The College of Health and Behavioural Sciences had 3 Olympic Torch Bearers amongst its Staff and Students, something which was unique to the University and is a good illustration of the exceptional calibre of individuals with the College. Hazel Frost, the receptionist at Brigantia, Psychology, ran with the torch in Bangor and passed it onto Elin Haf Davies, who is a post doctoral research officer in Health Care Sciences. Jamie Lee Turley, who is a first year Sports Science (Outdoor Activities) student in School of Sport, Health and Exercise Science also ran with the Towyn.
