NERC-funded Envision Doctoral Training Partnership
Bangor University is a member of the prestigious NERC-funded Envision Doctoral Training Partnership (http://www.envision-dtp.org/), together with the Universities of Lancaster and Nottingham, and the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, British Geological Survey and Rothamsted Research.
Bangor is pleased to advertise eight PhD projects for the 2016 entry to Envision. Prof. John Healey, College of Natural Sciences, Bangor University, says “Competition for the first two cohorts of Envision studentships was strong, and an excellent set of students have been recruited into the programme, which is developing an exciting inter-disciplinary group of future research stars. The Envision partners anticipate that the advertised 2016 projects will also be very attractive to high-calibre applicants, who are excited by the excellent opportunity offered by this programme.”
