Nigeria trip reunites staff with former students
On a recent recruitment trip to Nigeria, staff from Bangor Law School caught up with a number of their former students.
Professor Dermot Cahill, Head of Bangor Law School, and Dr Ama Eyo, Lecturer in Law, met with alumni Mariam Omeiza, Osazee Osaghae and Chibundu Obidegwu, (all currently undergoing vocational legal training at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja); Dr Emilia Anagbogu-Ezenwa, Legal Adviser in the Ministry of Justice; Mrs Amina Abubakar, Legal Adviser at the Federal Capital Development Authority; Adekemi Adebowale; and Timothy Shobiye.
During their visit, Professor Cahill and Dr Eyo also attended the launch of the Bangor University Nigeria Alumni network in Lagos state, and met with the National Universities Commission to discuss possible collaboration in the field of procurement studies.
