Two world-renowned documentary makers will be amongst the speakers at the biannual Cyfrwng conference at Bangor University this week.
Sleep Furiously director Gideon Koppel, and The Act of Killing producer Joram ten Brink will discuss their work at the two day event on Thursday and Friday, 24-25 July.

Professor Joram ten Brink’s work has also been on display at the Museum of Modern Art, as well as being shown at the Berlin and Rotterdam film festivals.
The conference at Bangor University will be an opportunity for academics and practitioners from all over Europe to come together to discuss the future of the media in Wales.
The chair of the S4C Authority, Huw Jones, is also among the guest speakers, and will be addressing some of the challenges facing the channel over the next few years.
He said he will be “discussing the changes in the demographics of Welsh speakers, and the main challenges that face Welsh language TV as a result”.
“How do we cater to our viewers’ needs in the age of multi-platform media, and how do we respond to suggestions that the structure of Welsh broadcasting needs changing?”
Professor Mike Pearson, the author of Marking Time: Performance, Archaeology and the City, will also be discussing his work regarding performance and archaeology.
