Overview
Thomas has worked in the law school since 2013 where his responsibilities now include teaching on the Contract Law, Tort and Company Law modules.
Prior to working in the law school, Thomas was a software developer and publisher, specialising in developing interactive resources for children and young adults with special educational needs. Having worked in the digital publishing sector, he is particularly interested in copyright law, focusing his research on the challenging relationship between law and technology.

Research Interests
Thomas is currently undertaking research on copyright law, focusing on how the development of the internet has affected the effectiveness of copyright law and the economic rights granted to rights holders.
