Overview
I am a PhD researcher in the School of Ocean Sciences. My research focuses on using the Surface Water and Ocean Topography (SWOT) satellite to look at water movement in Wales in order to see how pollutants move from the land to the sea. The project is part of SuMMeR cdt.
I completed my BSc in Environmental Sciences and Master of Environment at the University of Leeds, graduating in July 2024. My master's thesis was titled "Are Embankments Effective? The impact of Embankments on Flood Depth and Extent in the West Rapti River Valley, Nepal".
My research interests lie in using remote sensing to understand Earth's hydrology.
