Complaints
We hope that you will find no cause to complain about Bangor Access Centre or its services, but, if you do, we will do our best to resolve your complaint quickly.
Bangor Access Centre is subject to Bangor University Complaints Procedure which you are entitled to invoke at any stage.
If you have a complaint about Bangor Access Centre, please:
- Contact the member of Bangor Access Centre who is immediately responsible for the situation. If you are unsure who that is, please contact the Access Centre on access_centre@bangor.ac.uk or tel: 01248 388101
Explain your complaint and ask for a specific resolution to it. - If this does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, please complete The Centre’s Complaints Form available to download below or from The Centre’s Reception desk and send it to the Centre Manager. You should expect to receive a reply within five working days.
- If you do not find the reply or resolution satisfactory, the Centre Manager will provide you with a copy of the relevant Bangor University Complaints Procedure (please note there are different versions for Bangor University students, external visitors to Bangor University and students using the service at Aberstywyth University) and inform you of the courses of action, and sources of help, open to you, under these procedures.
