Location: Find us on the left side of the enchanting Chinese Two-Dragon Garden at Treborth Botanic Garden. Breathe in the fresh air and absorb the beauty of nature as you engage in Tai Chi exercises.
Weather Dependent: Please note that Tai Chi sessions are subject to weather conditions. In case of unfavourable weather, the event may be cancelled. Keep an eye on our website or social media for updates.
What to Wear: Comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement is recommended. Don't forget to wear appropriate footwear to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Parking: Limited parking is available near the teaching lab. If the parking lot is full, additional parking can be found at the nearby athletics track.
