The content may include but will not be limited to the following topics: Financial Development and Economic Growth; Evolution of International Banking; The Nature of Competition; Politics, the State and Banking; Country Risk Analysis; The Location Decision; Cross border M&A in Banking; Syndicated Lending; Performance of Foreign Banks; Market Failure and Financial Crises; Regulatory Issues; FinTech, Financial Inclusion and Financial Stability; Reward Structures in Banking.
