Learning Outcomes
- Appreciate the value of manager/ supervisor appraisal following work placement
- Develop a range of employability skills required for work, including; applying for, monitoring personal progress on, and self-evaluation of performance.
- Identify and evaluate applications of key theory (from modules across the programme) in the workplace setting
- Reflect on the knowledge of the internal structure and dynamics of an organization in the tourism, hospitality or events industry
- Study the methods used by organization to achieve their strategic objectives.
- Theoretical and practical understanding and implementation of long-, medium- and short-term goal setting in employability and career development
