Learning Outcomes

• Appreciate the value of manager/ supervisor appraisal following work placement

• Develop a range of employability skills required for work, including; applying for, monitoring personal progress on, and self-evaluation of performance.

• Identify and evaluate applications of key theory (from modules across the programme) in the workplace setting

• Reflect on the knowledge of the internal structure and dynamics of an organization in the tourism, hospitality or events industry
