Researcher Wellbeing Cymru (RWC)

Made with Doctoral researchers for Doctoral researchers, RWC has over 130 bespoke online resources (examples include working with your supervisors, managing your time, and keeping motivated); student stories, tips and ‘day in the life’ videos and a resident blog. For those studying in Welsh Universities there are opportunities to join community groups and a regular ‘sit down and write’ session.
