An introduction to work placement and volunteering opportunities at Penrhyn Castle
If you’re looking for creative ways to develop your CV, want to get involved in local volunteering or have a desire to learn new skills, meet new people and work at one of the most significant historical sites in North Wales, Penrhyn Castle offers some fantastic opportunities.
Run by the National Trust, Penrhyn Castle is a major cultural heritage site on the outskirts of Bangor which welcomes thousands of visitors each year. Whether you're an outdoors or indoors person, love history or want to learn about conservation or archival research, there’s something for you at Penrhyn.
To find out more about how you can get involved, Bangor University is hosting a special workshop with members of the Penrhyn Castle team on Tuesday, 14 March, 5-6pm in the Drama Rehearsal Room, Main Arts Building.
All are welcome.
