Dynamic Working - Collaboration Very few of us work in isolation, so dynamic working is not just about where we work, and how we work, but also about how we engage and collaborate with each other to achieve the desired outcomes.
In order to support Dynamic working, in person meetings will be scheduled for all official University meetings on three days a week. These meetings will be in person for all attendees except in exceptional circumstances.
All other meetings will be in person or online at the agreement of the individual attendees.
There are a number of factors that are useful to consider as to what format is most appropriate – including the need for creativity, free-low of ideas and contribution; and meetings with individuals that are of a sensitive nature – for example proving a form of pastoral care or emotional support and advice.
