Informal Resolution

The Student Casework Team may be able to assist you to resolve some issues informally using mediation techniques. This may be particularly useful in cases of harassment, for example, when you simply wish for the reported behaviour to stop.

The Student Casework Team will advise you on whether or not a matter is suitable for attempting informal resolution.
