DSP Centre academic and researcher attends the 2024 Asia Communications and Photonics Conference (ACP) in Beijing, China.
Dr Faruk and Ms Jiaxiang He of DSP Centre attended the Asia Communications and Photonics Conference (ACP)-2024, held in Beijing, China. The ACP conference is one of the largest conference in the Asia-Pacific region on optical communication, photonics and relevant technologies, and has been held annually since 2001.
Dr. Faruk gave an invited talk on advanced technologies for passive optical networks, while Jiaxiang presented two contributed papers on physical layer security and fibre-wireless converge networks, respectively.
Whilst in China, adding further value to their travels, they found time to visit the Key Laboratory of Speciality Fiber Optics and Optical Access Networks at Shanghai University where they discussed their ongoing cutting-edge research for future communication requirements.
