Bangor Business Lecturer secures funding to promote Welsh-medium education

Dr Sara Parry, Lecturer in Marketing at Bangor Business School, has been awarded funding to develop a digital film promoting the benefits of Welsh-medium study.

Awarded by the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol, the £17,500 grant will enable Dr Parry and the Marketing team of Bangor University’s College of Business, Social Sciences & Law to produce a digital film highlighting the benefits of studying Business through the medium of Welsh. The film will be distributed to secondary schools across Wales.  

The Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol, established in April 2011, aims to promote teaching and learning through the planning of Welsh-medium opportunities in Higher Education.
