Visit of two Professors from partner institutions
The School of Social Sciences was recently visited by two professors from Erasmus partner institutions.
Professor Vera Trappmann, Professor of Sociology at the Otto-von-Guericke University, Magdeburg, Germany, visited the School in March. Professor Trappmann delivered a seminar on Polish workers and taught first and second year undergraduate students.
Professor Horst Unbehaun is Professor of Social Work at the Georg Simon Ohm University of Applied Sciences, Nuremberg, Germany. He visited the School in May and delivered a seminar on immigration into Germany.
Both the Otto-von-Guericke University, Magdeburg and Georg Simon Ohm University of Applied Sciences are Erasmus partners of the School of Social Sciences and offer Bangor students opportunities to study abroad.
