Lauren Bate - Senior Commercial Development Officer

Lauren is responsible for delivering a strategic step-change in the University’s commercial development and implementation plan. Playing a leading role in the development and leadership of Strategic commercial relationships and opportunities but also the development of a commercial culture and commercial skills across the University. Lauren will work closely on developing partnerships across its academic and research domain linking in any opportunity. Including supporting and embedding of commercial skills in the professional services and the design and implementation of commercial governance, allowing agility and clarity in the University’s commercial thinking and decision making.
