What do I do if I have not received my certificate?

If you are a past or current student and you have not received your certificate please contact the Awards and Conferment Office.

You will need to give:

• Your full name at the time you qualified
• Date of birth
• The course you have not received your certificate for
• The date you completed the course
• A telephone number or e-mail address where you can be contacted
