Can I collect a card on behalf of my friend?

No, All students must provide proof of identity (ID) in order to receive their student ID card.  You have not completed the registration process and you will not receive your student ID card nor receive any SLC payments, stipend payments (if eligible) until you have provided acceptable proof of ID either electronically (where instructed) or in person.
