Learning Outcomes

Description
Students are required to set for fifty minutes long test. The test aim is to evaluate their comprehension of fundamental concepts. It will consist of short questions that assess their familiarity with essential terminology and concepts, as well as an essay prompt that invites them to provide an in-depth analysis of a specific topic.

Description
The project requirements specify that groups must consist of 3-4 members, and each member is tasked with producing a written contribution between 600 and 750 words. The total word count for each group will therefore vary depending on the number of members. This project carries a weightage of 20% towards the final marks, with 15% allocated to the group as a whole and the remaining 5% allocated to individual contributions. To ensure consistency in marking, two rubrics will be provided, one for evaluating group contributions and the other for assessing individual contributions. The primary objective of this assignment is for students to conduct a SWOT and Environmental analysis of a local organization. In addition to this, students are also expected to investigate the organizational culture of the chosen organization. Project specific requirements will be shared by the instructor.

Description
As part of the assessment process, students will be given an unseen two-hour examination paper. This paper will comprise of two sections, the first of which will feature short questions designed to evaluate the depth and scope of their comprehension of different concepts. The second section will comprise of essay questions that require students to engage in critical analysis and discussion of relevant topics and theories in a comprehensive manner.
