Diddordebau Ymchwil
My research interests lie in the intersection of food experiences and place-making. I am intrigued by how local food traditions, gastronomy, and food-related activities shape both individual and collective identities within a region. My work explores how food acts as a medium for community building, influencing the sense of place and belonging.
